With a goal of protecting the environment and keeping electronics out of landfills, State Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) and State Representative Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) are hosting an Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, July 11 in Wheaton.
“It’s time to gather those electronics in need of environmentally-safe destruction,” said Lewis. “This free event will provide our constituents with the perfect opportunity to responsibly dispose of most old, non-functional, or unneeded electronics. Most important, it keeps these items out of our landfills.”
