In an effort to provide assistance to Illinoisans struggling with professional licensing applications through the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation (IDFPR), State Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) and other area legislators are bringing the IDFPR On the Road team to Carol Stream on July 23.
“We receive a great many calls in our offices from individuals who are trying to either obtain a professional license, renew it, or transfer a license from another state,” said Lewis. “This event, put on by representatives from IDFPR, provides a process where individuals can meet one-on-one with an IDFPR counselor to address specific issues related to individual licensing.”
