Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) and State Representatives Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) and Jennifer Sanalitro (R-Hanover Park) invite those interested in learning more about the federal Medicare program to attend a free informational session that will be held in Bloomingdale on September 18.
“The federal Medicare system can be tricky to navigate, and it is important that enrollees ensure they have adequate coverage between Medicare and supplemental plans that are available,” said Lewis. “At this event, experts from the Illinois Department on Aging will be on hand to explain the system and answer your questions. The session is useful for current Medicare enrollees, those approaching Medicare eligibility, and family members who assist with medical decisions.”
