State Senator Seth Lewis (R-Bartlett) and State Representative Amy Grant (R-Wheaton) are partnering with Versiti Blood Center of Illinois to host a community blood drive on Friday, September 26 in Wheaton.

“We are proud to host this blood drive because we know just how vital blood donations are in times of need,” said Lewis. “A single donation can save multiple lives, and by working together as a community, we can make a real difference for patients and families right here at home.”
Appointments are strongly encouraged, and donors are asked to schedule their donation time by contacting Rep. Grant’s office at RepGrant.com.
“Donating blood is a quick and easy way to help those in need,” added Lewis. “It is humbling to know that something as simple as rolling up your sleeve for less than an hour can mean the world to someone fighting for their life.”
